Psalm 116:8 says:

For you, O Lord, have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, and my feet from stumbling.

Psalm 116 is a song of thanksgiving and praise to God for delivering the psalmist from a life-threatening situation. The psalmist reflects on their experience, acknowledging God's mercy and salvation.
