In the first verse of Isaiah 53 is an amazing thing. It says, "Who has believed our report and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?" The Hebrew word for arm of the Lord is zeroah. It is talking about Messiah. It says, to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? The Hebrew word "galah" means revealed, particularly in a disgraceful way. It also means to be stripped naked, to be treated like a captive. His love for us is simply amazing. This word speaks of Messiah being stripped naked, being disgraced, being taken captive. All this is in just one word. God didn't just reveal Himself, He stripped himself, He allowed Himself to be humiliated, degraded to save us. The blessings of God are free to you, but none of them came without a cost. They came with a great cost. God loves you, He would go through hell to save you. Live for Him in the same way, even if it costs you everything. Follow Him, love Him, serve Him in a manner worthy of that cost.

Scripture Psalm 62:1-2
1 He was punished that I might be forgiven.
2 He was wounded that i might be healed.
3 He was made sin with my sinfulness thatI might be made righteous with HIS righteousness,
4 He died my death that I might share His life.
5 He was made a curse on the tree so that I might receive blessing.

Jesus at calvary would have been hungry. He was thirsty. One of His last statements was "I thirst". He was indeed stripped naked. (many women who followed Him were "there looking on from afar".) They stripped him of His clothing and cast lots for it. For the first time He was in need of all things. He had been stripped of everything. When He was buried He was in a borrowed shroud in a borrowed tomb. Why? He exhausted the poverty curse. I agree we must regularly check ourselves and if we are beholding exactly what Christ did for us that day. Many exercise a false humility and say i wont look at the cross and all He did its too painful. He was the one who went there for us! He was beaten beyond recognition. I take no delight in recapitulating this truth, no but instead an immeasurable gratitude to Our beloved Lord for His sacrifice. Isaiah 52:14 " Just as there were many who were appalled at him- His appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any man and His form marred beyond human likeness". Wow. This makes me weep gratitude for my first real love, Jesus Christ dying for us.
Jesus took my shame away by taking my shame upon Himself to the cross. He took my rejection by the world. He took my diseases and punishment. Forget not all His benefits saints. Be encouraged.
JOB 11:15
"Then, free of fault, you will lift up your face; you will stand firm and without fear". Hallelujah.
It takes a true expression of love to us to be able to express true love. We love each other because He first loved us. 1 John 4:19.
Jesus experienced for the first time our rejection due to us by the Father at that hour. He was broken hearted to be seperated from Him. The Father averted His eyes, stopped His ears. Then upon Jesus giving Himself up, not murdered which would cancel sacrifice, the first thing to happen was the curtain was ripped in two in the temple. The New covenant was established. The Law of Moses abolished. Nullified. Not in anyway cancelled as Gods standard but we are no longer under it. If people listen to spirit of antichrist they place themselves back under the law. If we are guilty of one sin we are guilty of ALL. Or we are completely forgiven under the new covenant. Which is it? I ask myself and check myself everyday for satans scheming in my mind, the
battleground with him. When Jesus suffered unspeakably for us He endured the rejection that was due to us in Gods law and from it we inherit acceptance into His family. Grafted in to His Holy family being evermore sanctified, made Holy in Him. Not by our righteousness which is as oily rags to God.
So yes, I agree fully. Praise be to our Lord everyday. Remind yourselves of this truth everyday and life will never be the same again. We can discover afresh each day we are way too blessed to get depressed. Too anointed to get disappointed! Glory be to God forevermore! Oh Jesus I can not wait to behold your face and be able to stand it. Hallelujah! You have the last Word always Lord...
Ephesians 1:3-6
New King James Version
Redemption in Christ
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, 5 having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He]made us accepted in the Beloved.
